Vertragsschluss
Durch Klicken des Buttons „Jetzt kaufen“ bestätigen Sie die Richtigkeit Ihrer Angaben und geben ein Angebot zum Kauf der im Warenkorb befindlichen Drucke ab.
Nach Abgabe Ihres Angebots wird die Verfügbarkeit von uns nochmals geprüft, sollten die von Ihnen bestellten Drucke nicht mehr verfügbar sein, teilen wir Ihnen dies gesondert mit.
Widerrufsrecht
Als Käufer haben Sie das Recht, den Vertrag binnen 3 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen. Diese Widerrufsfrist läuft ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen Bevollmächtigter die Drucke angenommen hat
Zur Ausübung Ihres Widerrufsrechts müssen Sie uns mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung per Mail an dasedith@outlook.com über Ihren Entschluss informieren.
Zahlung
Kaufpreise sind in EURO angegeben.
Ihnen stehen die beim Abschluss des Bestellprozesses angezeigten Zahlarten zur Verfügung.
Die Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises erfolgt in der Form der ursprünglichen
Bezahlung (d.h. Gutschrift auf Kreditkarte oder Rückbuchung auf Konto).
Bei persönlicher Abholung im Rahmen der Präsentationen am Schillerplatz ist Barzahlung möglich,
Versand
Nach Eingang der Zahlung auf unser Konto werden die Arbeiten per Post versandt.
Der Versand erfolgt nicht versichert, für eine adäquate und sichere Verpackung der Arbeiten wird unsererseits gesorgt. Sollte die Arbeiten aus Umständen, die über die üblichen äußeren Einwirkungen auf dem Postweg hinaus gehen Schaden erleiden sind wir für diese Schäden nicht haftbar.
Wir sind bemüht, so schnell wie möglich zu versenden, schließen aber die Haftung für allfällige Sendungsverzögerungen aus.

Conclusion of contract

After submitting your offer, we will check the availability again. If the prints you ordered are no longer available, we will inform you separately.
Right of withdrawal
As a buyer, you have the right to revoke the contract within 3 days without giving any reason. This revocation period runs from the day on which you or a person authorized by you has accepted the prints.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent by mail to dasedith@outlook.com.
Payment
Purchase prices are quoted in EURO.
You can use the payment methods displayed at the end of the ordering process.
The repayment of the purchase price is made in the form of the original
payment (i.e. credit to credit card or chargeback to account).
Cash payment is possible in case of personal pick-up during the presentations at Schillerplatz,
Shipping
After receipt of payment to our account, the works will be shipped by mail.
The shipment is not insured, an adequate and safe packaging of the works will be provided on our part. Should the work suffer damage due to circumstances beyond the usual external effects on the postal route, we are not liable for this damage.
We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible, but exclude liability for any shipment delays.

Personal data that you transmit to us electronically on this website, such as name, e-mail address, address or other personal information in the context of submitting a comment, will be kept secure by us and will not be disclosed to third parties.
